Hail Maria (Bloody Marie) HAUNTING – say “Hail Maria” and let the spirit of tequila guide you. Each sip is a sacrament, with the bold base of tomato juice setting the stage. An orchestra of flavors arises with the zesty lemon pepper, salt, and thyme. Worcestershire sauce seamlessly fuses with the tang of fresh lemon and lime, while a bold kick from Tabasco and the pungent horseradish make it a perfection for a haunting KICK. But the true spectacle is in its presentation. Garnished with plump olives that seem to have tales of their own, the tartness of cornichons, the gentle bite of pickled onions, a robust celery stick standing tall, and a grand pickle that sprawls, making the Hail Maria not just a drink but a visual feast.
